TravelLine is an international IT company with offices all over the world: Estonia, Bulgaria, the USA, Tunisia, Indonesia, Russia, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan.
We create online solutions and websites for hotels, helping them to simplify their workflow and earn more. Our services are used by 12 000 clients from simple apartments to the most famous large hotels up to 1700 rooms.
This is an opportunity to build processes in different countries in collaboration with our system administration team and grow together with the company.
What our System Administrator would do:
- Support local infrastructure and troubleshooting: Asterisk-based phone system, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, OmniDesk, Confluence, Jira, Bitrix;
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring client-side application software and computer hardware (mostly remote);
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees in EMEA region;
- Creating and managing user accounts and user rights assignment;
- Draft documents to help employees use computer systems;
- Be the 1st point of contact for the software tools and services providers in EMEA;
- Automation of administration process;
- New Application and Services deployment;
- IT Research.
Our team is growing rapidly in the EMEA region and are looking for a System Administrator to support our employees on all technical questions, write user guides, and provide maintenance for the local infrastructure. We already have employees in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and actively hiring in the Philippines and India.
Requirements
- 1+ years user support experience through any service desk software - must;
- Experienced administrator of Windows, Linux, Office 365, Cisco CCNA - must;
- Experience with Azure AD, MS SQL Administrator, MySQL Administrator and Experience in managing resources rented on hosting - will be a plus;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English;
- Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly;
- Based in Uzbekistan or Turkey.
