Job Description

TravelLine is an international software company, we develop IT products to boost the sales of hoteliers. Our online solutions help hotels to simplify their workflow and earn more. Our journey started in 2008, so we've been working in the hotel industry for around 14 years, and now our services are used by 11 000 clients from simple apartments to the most famous large hotels with up to 1700 rooms in 71 countries. We are expanding worldwide in different countries: Estonia, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Also, we're proud to partner with numerous prestigious names like Booking.com, Expedia, Oracle, etc.

Our team is growing rapidly in the EMEA region and is looking for an HR Administration Specialist to take care of HR policies and procedures, liaise with payroll providers in different countries and make sure all employee data is in place. We already have employees in Uzbekistan, Georgia, Turkey, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, and another experienced teammate, responsible for APAC countries.

This is an opportunity to build processes in different countries in collaboration with our Finance and Legal teams and with help of the consulting companies, and grow together with the company.

Duties:

  • Create and update HR policies and procedures in EMEA countries (including employment contracts, payroll records, and travel and expense policies)
  • Apply appropriate policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate, and accessible records are kept for all employees.
  • Maintain personnel workflow: admission, dismissal, personnel transfers, vacations, maintenance of vacation schedules, timesheets, maintenance, storage of work record books, employee cards, and expenses reimbursement.
  • Sign in a timely manner local regulations, and orders on the personnel of the company.
  • Prepare and submit all required documentation to the relevant government agencies.
  • Handle the end-to-end payroll process for EMEA countries with company presence and ensure that accurate monthly payroll input data is produced on time.
  • Maintain the necessary reporting.
  • Participate in other HR Projects - Camp;B, events, surveys.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Payroll and HR Operations in Uzbekistan or Georgia.
  • Experience in implementing HR processes from scratch.
  • In depth knowledge of the Uzbek/Georgian labour law and HR best practice.
  • Experience in the implementation of HRIS and processes automation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English and Russian.
  • Able to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner.
  • Familiarity with compensation amp; benefit systems.
