Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with event bookings, catering orders, and service coordination.
- Manage customer data and communications in CRM; update records.
- Track and resolve customer issues; monitor satisfaction and feedback.
- Propose service improvements and report recurring issues to management.
- Prepare basic reports on customer interactions and service metrics.
What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Excellent oral and written communication; fluent in Russian.
- Must-have: Customer-oriented attitude, attention to detail, positive approach.
- Must-have: Problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Must-have: Basic computer literacy.
- Advantage/Preferred: Experience with CRM.
- Advantage/Preferred: English fluency.
- Work style: Ability to work independently remotely and collaborate with teams.
