Manage the daily operations of overseas BPO projects(call centers/customer service), track and analyze the efficiency and quality of the overseas execution teams. Solve the problems occurring during project delivery in a timely manner to ensure high-quality delivery.
2. Maintain good communication with clients, understand their needs and pain points, and take proactive measures to coordinate resources from all parties for resolution.
3. Confirm and prepare the monthly service fee bills, and follow up on the collection of project service fee funds.
4.BPO Serve as a consultant in the overseas BPO field, providing professional pre-sales support for the business team.
