Business / System Analyst

Main responsibilities:

• Immerse yourself in the existing processes of interaction between a mobile application, banking and external systems. Understand the logic, describe it in the form of documentation and requirements, suggest improvements.
• Participate in the development of systems and the development of new features. This will include everything from communication and understanding of the business, to landing.
• Data analysis, both for understanding business tasks and technical intricacies of the work.
• You will have to work with Confluence, Jira, Postman

Job requirements:

• Basic understanding of the principles of interaction of IT systems and architecture.
• Experience in fintech will be a plus, but is not required.
• SQL - you will have to work a lot with raw data, because often the truth is only in it.
• Analytical skills and understanding of basic business and product metrics will be a plus.
• Ability to write clearly and competently. Documentation and requirements are, first of all, documents for people, simplifying the understanding of how and what works.
• Ability to read code will be a big plus.
• Ability to ask questions.
