Our client is a Chinese listed automobile electric company. They produce high-level electronic wire harnesses, automotive wire harnesses, and combination instruments; research and develop advanced electrical devices; sell self-produced products; engage in the import and export business of goods and technologies; provide business information consulting; process and sell copper and aluminum products.
Job Responsibilities:
Be responsible for HR and administrative work related to JAH in Uzbekistan, including but not limited to the following aspects:
1. Handle the recruitment work of JAH and assist business departments in personnel allocation and recruitment.
2. Understand local employment policies and establish cooperative relationships with local government departments, industry associations or other institutions.
3. Provide support for the development of the team. Apply professional theories, methods and tools to offer comprehensive solutions for the business team, covering human resources work such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
4. Salary negotiable upon interview.
