As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating agile practices and processes, ensuring the successful delivery of e-commerce projects. Your responsibilities will involve guiding and coaching cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and optimizing the Agile framework for efficiency and effectiveness.
We would love to see:
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Ensure that the team follows agreed-upon processes and metrics, striving for continuous improvement
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities
- Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the development team
- Address issues and roadblocks promptly, ensuring a smooth and efficient development process
- Track and communicate project progress using relevant Agile metrics
- Provide training and guidance on Agile best practices to team members
Requirements
- Demonstrated success as a Scrum Master in an e-commerce or similar industry
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
