We are searching for an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our worldwide team. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be a key player in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our e-commerce projects. You will be engaged in IT portfolio, resource, and program management.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• 2+ years of experience managing IT project portfolios
• Expert project portfolio management skills including planning, estimating, cost-benefit analysis, tracking, resourcing, and issues, risk, and change management
• Resource management experience in a matrixed organization
• Strong knowledge of system and software SDLC, PMO and leading practices and methodologies
• Project management and Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe, CSM, CSPO, etc.)
• Experience with modern PPM tools such as Planview, JIRA, etc.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring program and project managers
• Highly collaborative with a proven ability to build relationships across IT and Business stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, including ability to share ideas and information across diverse audiences to drive to business decisions.
• Able to partner with and manage 3rd party providers to deliver maximum success.
• Understanding of Lean and Continuous Improvement
• Retail industry experience
• Highest level of integrity and good judgment
