Job Description
TravelLine is an international software company, we develop IT products to boost the sales of hoteliers. Our online solutions help hotels to simplify their workflow and earn more. Our journey started in 2008, so we've been working in the hotel industry for around 15 years, and now our services are used by 11 000 clients from simple apartments to the most famous large hotels with up to 1700 rooms in 71 countries. We are expanding worldwide in different countries: Estonia, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Also, we're proud to partner with numerous prestigious names like Booking.com, Expedia, Oracle, etc.
We are looking for a skilled designer who can create visually appealing and engaging e-learning materials to enhance training and development programs for our employees and clients.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and project managers to understand e-learning requirements and objectives
- Design and develop interactive and innovative e-learning content, including multimedia elements, graphics, animations, and videos both for desktop and mobile
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for e-learning platforms and tools
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure that all e-learning materials adhere to design guidelines and standards
- Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to translate complex concepts into visually engaging and digestible learning experiences
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies in the e-learning industry
- Assist in the creation of templates, style guides, and brand assets to maintain consistency across all e-learning materials
- Maintain a catalog of technical design elements (buttons, speech and thought balloons, pop-ups, plates, hints, etc.)
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in graphic design in e-learning
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for e-learning
- A portfolio showcasing a range of e-learning design projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian
- Excellent visual design skills, with the ability to create compelling and interactive learning experiences
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams
