Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards
• Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for all positions
• Create and maintain effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are set up for success
• Oversee performance management and employee development programs
• Manage the employee benefits and compensation programs
• Address employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner
• Analyze HR data and provide reports to management on key metric

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in HR management
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of applicable HR laws and regulations
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent English proficiency
